Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PxJournal mobile application ("the App") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

PxJournal offers a basic free version and a "Premium" subscription which unlocks additional features.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play Store account.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Play Store account settings after purchase.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the journal entries, voice recordings, and other content you create or upload to the App.

By using the App, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., transcribing audio, generating AI sketches). We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or otherwise actionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. AI Generated Content

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate summaries and images. Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or quality of the generated content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PxJournal or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or our website.
